But is it really worth it to do that story always and then do a rebuttal on it after sometime? Is it not necessary to crosscheck with the people concerned? Damnit, we are writing about big people- be it cricketers, politicians or film stars- and shouldn't we observe restrain? Is respecting them only restricted to asking vanilla questions? No, respecting them is writing what is right and not writing what is wrong. That's the first lesson of journalism in today's times, if the new generation of journalists which contains a large number of selfie journalists have a minute to lift their heads from their WhatsApp frames?

Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan's darling son is not starring in Good News, which stars his mother opposite Akshay Kumar. What happened is that it all started as an April Fool joke as a source close to Kareena tells us, and without a pause or rather without taking a breath inside, the young journos of today made it go viral on the Internet. Or, were they under some pressure from their seniors to quantify before verify?
