2020 was a heck of a ride for Kapoors. On April 30 this year, veteran actor Rishi Kapoor left for his heavenly abode leaving his friends, fans and family mourning over the irreversible loss. Months after the actor's sad demise, Neetu got back to work and started shooting for Raj Mehta's Jug Jugg Jeeyo. While shooting for the film in Chandigarh, the actress contracted the virus along with co-stars Varun Dhawan and Maniesh Paul. Some moments back, Neetu Kapoor took to her Insta handle and penned a thank you note.
Taking to Instagram, Neetu Kapoor shared a couple of pictures. The first one sees her posing with late husband Rishi Kapoor, the 2nd has her posing for a selfie with son Ranbir Kapoor and 3rd snap is with daughter Riddhima Kapoor. Last one is Neetu Kapoor’s video from the sets of Jug Jugg Jeeyo that sees her wearing a black jacket paired with the same coloured mask.
Captioning the photos she wrote, “2020 was quite a roller coaster!!! When YOU left I felt like a deer caught in the headlights not knowing where to go ... #jjj was cathartic at that time as it gave me something to look forward to !!! Then Covid happened I could have never gone thru so much without my cuties thank you both for holding on #RnR #jugjuggjeeyo.”
