Neena Gupta, who recently launched her autobiography 'Sach Kahun Toh', has shared another reminiscence from her life on Instagram. She on Thursday recalled the days of one of the oldest movies of her career 'Utsav'. The veteran actress posted a still from the movie, also featuring her co-star Shankar Nag. In her caption, she termed Utsav a beautiful film and said she misses Nag. For the uninitiated, Shankar Nag died at the age of 35 in the year 1990 in a car crash.
The picture has her in a strapless blouse -- hair tied in a bun -- and looking absolutely stunning. Her Instagram caption read, “A still from a beautiful film utsav with shankar nag miss you so much shankar bohat jaldi chod gaye tum hamen (you left us too soon).”
Based on the play Mrichakatika (little clay cart), the film was helmed by Girish Karnad. The critically acclaimed movie also starred Rekha, Shekhar Suman, Shashi Kapoor, Amjad Khan and others.
