As per a report in ET Times, the Kick actor’s niece has accused her uncle that is Nawaz’s brother, of sexual harassment and has also filed a police complaint against him.

As per a report of her complaint copy that was seen by the portal, the lady has alleged her uncle of sexual misconduct when she was just nine years old. An excerpt from it read, “I have filed a complaint about sexual harassment by my uncle when I was nine years old. My parents were divorced when I was two years old, so I had a stepmother. I was tortured a lot.” She further revealed how her bade papa Nawazuddin Siddiqui didn’t come forth to support her as he never believed her. Nawaz’s niece resides in Delhi with her husband and has filed the complaint at the Jamia police station.

Sharing the news on her social media, Aaliya revealed that many such truths are expected to come out in the future and that she isn’t only the one who suffered in silence. “This is just the beginning. In the past, Aaliya had accused the actor’s PR team of leaking her legal notice’s ‘fabricated’ copy to save his image. “As an obvious "fabricated notice" is being circulated to Media Houses as a part of 'PR exercise'. I therefore request all media houses & journalists to refrain from using any part or portion of such fabricated notice OR even relying on the same to carry any story concerning me,” she wrote.
