The horrific visuals of the 26/11 terror attack, which took in Mumbai exactly 12 years ago, are still afresh in our minds and hearts. One can never forget losing so many innocent people and martyrs to a group of terrorists that attacked some of the most popular locations Mumbai like the Nariman House, Cafe Leopold, Taj Mahal Palace Hotel, Oberoi Trident and Cama Hospital. Today, as we complete 12 years of those dastardly nights, a report in PTI suggests that tributes have been pouring in for all those who lost their lives during the 26/11 Mumbai terror attack. Among others, Bollywood celebrities, too, offered their heartfelt tributes to all the martyrs. The list includes Akshay Kumar, Raveena Tandon, Shilpa Shetty, Tiger Shroff, Abhishek Bachchan and others.

Akshay Kumar wrote, "26/11, a day Mumbaikars will never forget. My heartfelt tribute to the martyrs and victims of the #MumbaiTerrorAttack. We will forever be indebted to our bravehearts for their supreme sacrifice," while Abhishek Bachchan tweeted Lest we forget,” along with a folded hand emoticon. Raveena Tandon shared, "Never Forget . Never Forgive . #26/11.” Shilpa Shetty, on the other hand, took to her Instagram and posted, "Praying for peace and healing for every single life that was changed, lost, and altered... #26thNovember #peace #healing.”

Former Indian cricketers like Sachin Tendulkar and Virender Sehwag, too, remembered the incident. Sachin tweeted "The wounds may have healed, but the scars remain. Of the lives lost and the sacrifices made. These shall always be a reminder of the strength of human spirit to overcome any act of adversity. Remembering all our martyrs on this day. #MumbaiTerrorAttack," whereas Sehwag shared a picture of martyr Tukaram Omble a d wrote, "12 years since the sad day. He is of the greatest son of our soil- Shaheed Tukaram Omble. The courage, the presence of mind and the selflessness demonstrated by him on that day- no words, no awards can do justice. Garv hai bahut aise mahaan insaan par.  #MumbaiTerrorAttack."
