Ranaut sisters- Kangana and Rangoli landed in legal scoop after an FIR was filed against them from spreading communal hatred via their tweets. Kangana never shies away from voicing her opinion and bold views. Recently, Mumbai court ordered probe on Kangana and her sister and manager Rangoli after they posted some derogatory and defamatory comments against a particular community. Now Mumbai Police have summoned the Ranaut sisters and have been asked to appear to before cops on November 10.

ANI tweeted, “Mumbai Police summons actor Kangana Ranaut and her sister Rangoli to be present before it on November 10. The summons pertain to an FIR registered against them after court orders on allegations that they tried to create a divide between communities through social media posts.” This is the 2nd time, Rangoli and Kangana were earlier asked to appear before officers on October 25 and 25 but they then cited their brother Aksht’s wedding in their hometown, Manali.

Responding to earlier summons, Kangana’s lawyer Rizwan Siddiqui had said, “My clients Ms. Kangana Ranaut & Ms. Rangoli Chandel will not be attending the Police Station on 26th & 27th because of Wedding preparations & ongoing functions in their hometown concerning their younger brother. I have responded to the summons & sought time after 15th of Nov.”

Kangana was recently snapped extending an invite to Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Himachal Pradesh Jairam Thakur for brother Aksht’s wedding. The Manikarnika actress had shared a couple of pictures from HP CM’s office on Instagram.
