Alok Nath's anticipatory bail plea has been rejected. The actor had filed for one before the Dindoshi sessions court, a month after the Oshiwara police booked him for rape in view of the complaint registered by senior screenwriter Vinta Nanda. The man feared arrest and now, his fears are likely to have multiplied

Vinta had FINALLY shamed him on Facebook for allegedly committing a heinous crime of a sexual assault on her, 19 years ago. For those who've come in late, Vinta had given an EXCLUSIVE and EXHAUSTIVE INTERVIEW about him. We reproduce it below, you must see it. FYI, this is the third setback to the 'Sanskari' man of Bollywood. It may be recalled that Alok Nath had also sought an injunction on Nanda from speaking against him in the media- but failed. The Court had dismissed the injunction.

Alok Nath & Vinta Nanda

Another setback awaits Alok Nath soon? Ashoke Pandit who leads IFTDA has promised a result of the complaint made by Vinta in IFTDA. A few days ago, IFTDA banned Sajid Khan (one of the men called out in the #MeToo) from Bollywood for a year, following complaints from Rachel White, Simran Suri, Karishma Upadhyay and Saloni Chopra. One gets a gut feeling that Alok Nath is most likely to be punished by IFTDA, soon.

Prior to this, Alok Nath was expelled from the CINTAA. Alok Nath had told the CINTAA, "Some women misused liberties, protection given to them & make false allegations." In response and after detailed discussions, CINTAA had expelled him. The CINTAA has also written to Vinta informing her about Alok Nath's ouster. Advocate Dhruti Kapadia, who represents Vinta, had then told SpotboyE.com EXCLUSIVELY, "This is a landmark decision. Vinta Nanda must be very happy. It just shows that women can now speak up about their personal harassment and seek justice. The system is getting cleaned up. There is hope." It now means that any producer who signs up Alok Nath for a role will do it at his/her own risk. Amit Behl ( Senior Joint Secretary, CINTAA) had then told us, "That's right. We take cognisance of all the complaints and install discipline. But hereafter, we have wasted our hands off Alok Nath. Let anybody work with him- but strictly at his own risk."

The court will hear detailed arguments by Alok Nath on Wednesday, December 20.
