Shahid Kapoor’s wife Mira Rajput is often seen sharing beauty, fitness and more secrets via her social media posts. Today she shed light on her daily morning routine. The tips shared by Mira are simple and easy, and in fact, one of her habits is totally relatable. The star wife begins with a confession that only after her alarm goes on, she snoozes it seven times, and then she wakes up. This is followed by Mira getting down to do three things on a regular basis.
The first thing is 12 rounds of Anulom Vilom, a breathing exercise that helps you get ready for the day, and rejuvenates your brain. Mira calls this breathing exercise ‘3 espresso shots’. Second, on the list is the posture correction exercise which has helped her correct the way she stands and also the way she carries herself. This helps in enhancing the blood flow and getting rid of puffiness. And third on the list is drinking raisin and saffron water.
