Actor-model Milind Soman has got a big reason to celebrate! The fitness enthusiast has reportedly bought a new swanky and luxurious home in Prabhadevi, which is one of the poshest areas of Mumbai. Milind’s new sea-facing 4 BHK apartment is in a standalone tower, Ocean Star by Suraj Estate Developers Limited and offers beautiful views of the Arabian Sea and Bandra Worli Sea link. The actor’s new abode is dreamy and quite spacious with two parking areas.
As per several media reports, Milind’s apartment is spread over 1720 sqft and is located in the Ocean Star building whose flats start from a whopping Rs. 6.8 crores. In the pictures, we can see Milind’s plush home has beautiful interiors with huge space in the bedroom. The kitchen area has white marble and wooden boxes. According to Ocean Star’s official website, the price of the flats starts from Rs. 6.8 crores and all the flats have amenities like Italian marble flooring, a master bedroom, vitrified tiles for the kitchen-washrooms, and premium aluminum windows. The official website revealed that the building also offers other facilities like a gym, children’s play area, and power backup.
