Yesterday, Karan Johar announced his venture Kalank, starring Madhuri Dixit, Sonakshi Sinha, Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan, Aditya Roy Kapur and Sanjay Dutt.
Few hours after announcing his dream project, the film went on floors. And guess what? David Dhawan showed up on the set to cheer the cast on.

Well, apart from Varun, Sonakshi and Aditya, Madhuri Dixit too was present on the set.
She took it to Twitter and wrote, “Just finished my shoot with @AnilKapoor and #indrakumar on the sets of #TotalDhamaal and was phenomenal as usual. Now arrived at the sets of #Kalank with @karanjohar for the look test. The sets are breathtaking. Can’t wait for you to see both films!!

Kalank, which is set in the backdrop of 1940s marks the collaboration of Fox Star Studios with Dharma Productions, and Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment.
