The latest grapevine in Bollywood is that Asin Thottumkal has split with the man she wanted to spend the rest of her life with. Yes, Asin and Micromax founder Rahul Sharma are not a couple anymore.
The Ghajini actress was dating Rahul since October 2013. They met through a common friend at Asin's birthday party in 2013 and Cupid struck. They were so serious about each other that just a couple of months ago, buzz was that the two were planning to enter into matrimony.
So what went wrong? A source close to the duo told SpotboyE.com, "Asin and Rahul started having their share of differences. They tried to resolve it, but in vain. Eventually, they decided that it was better to part ways before things became ugly between them."
Prior to Rahul, Asin dated Neil Nitin Mukesh. Asin and Neil went separate ways on an ugly note.
And how has she taken to the separation with Rahul? "She has taken it in her stride. She is fine," the source quipped.
Despite a text message, Asin remained unavailable for comment.
