Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan's Laal Singh Chaddha is in the making for a really long time. After the nationwide lockdown was imposed, it only delayed the shoot and the release of the film. Amidst all this, the lead of the film, Kareena announced her second pregnancy with Saif Ali Khan and fans worried for the fate of Laal Singh Chaddha. However, in a recent interview with film critic Anupama Chopra, Bebo said she wants to finish off her work and speaking of that, she revealed that Laal Singh Chaddha is currently her priority to finish. She also revealed the number of days remaining for her to shoot the film.

Kareena said, "Laal Singh Chaddha is on priority. Before the lockdown, we planned the last schedule of the film, so basically, I have about 12 to 15 days of work left on that movie and then Aamir will continue with the shoot. Aamir is kind enough to finish off my work first right now and that's what the aim is to do. I want to finish off my shoot before it gets too late, it is obviously because I'm too huge, that's the basic truth." (laughs)

"Now, I'm trying to monitor also what I'm eating and stuff. I don't want to do what I did the last time, that was like hysterical," she further added. Recalling the time when she was pregnant with Taimur, she said, "The last time I kind of became so huge. I took myself for granted and put on like 25kgs and I don't want to do that. I really want to be healthy and fit."
