Many artists from the industry were lucky enough to have got an opportunity to work with the late superstar Rishi Kapoor. Yesterday departing for heavenly abode Rishi Kapoor left everyone numb and shocked. Due to the ongoing lockdown imposed due to COVID-19, Bollywood coolant bod farewell to their beloved in person but many stars took to their social networking accounts to share their experiences when they were lucky enough to work with him, one of them is playback singer Kumar Sanu. The popular singer of the yesteryear era was the voice for the actor’s song and among which 'Sochenge tumhe pyaar' from 1992 Deewana was a high hit.
In conversation with news agency IANS, Kumar Sanu reminiscing his old days recalls of one of the incidences when he was sitting with the actor and discussing a particular song. He further adds that the actor always had a keen interest in all the aspect of the filmmaking process. The late actor used to light the screen with his magic and charm and acting for him was life. Just like Juhi Chawla, Kumar Sanu also mentioned about his work being of utmost importance to the late actor.
“There are so many fond memories attached to this song. I remember sitting with him (Kapoor) and discussing the song. It was such an interactive discussion. He was always so inquisitive in every part of filmmaking -- be it acting, direction or making of a song, he was a complete entertainer.”
Kumar Sanu crooned the song titled Sochenge Tumhe Pyaar for the late actor’s movie Deewana and many more.
