Kubbra Sait And Sonali Bendre’s Husband Goldie Behl “Slap” Each Other, Send Out A Message To Kabir Singh Director

Kabir Singh director Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s latest endorsement of violent masculinity in a recent interview has made him receive severe backlash on Twitter. Speaking to Anupama Chopra, the director said, "When you are deeply in love and deeply connected to a woman (and vice versa), if you don’t have the liberty of slapping each other, then I don’t see anything there."

Most recent addition to the list of people slamming Kabir Singh director, is Sacred Games actress, Kubbra Sait. Sharing a video taking a dig at the Kabir Singh hitmaker, Kubbra and filmmaker Goldie Behl can be seen slow-mo slapping each other. Kubbra shared the video with the message, “This is what love will look like if men and WOMEN are taught that slapping is being emotional.” Watch the video below:

In another video shared by Kubbra, Sacred Games’ Kukoo, is seen slapping herself on the face. She captioned the video saying, “If you can’t slap yourself, you haven’t really loved yourself.”

A short while back we told you that talking about his controversial statement that landed him in trouble, the Kabir Singh director said that he had been misquoted by the media.

While clarifying the situation to Times Now, he told, “You took me completely wrong. It’s not assault. When you’re so close to each other, when you can’t handle your worst thing with each other. And you don’t have the liberty of showing your worst side. The worst thing is not like ‘iss din daaru peeke aake maar rha hai’. It’s about the liberty of the expression between a couple who is deeply connected. It works for a woman also and it works for a man also. I spoke for both the sides. But sadly, they are quoting in a very wrong way.”
