Former actor Kamaal Rashid Khan, popularly known as KRK, has apologized to Bollywood superstar Salman Khan as he believes he was not behind his arrest. Known to voice his opinions on Twitter, Kamaal in his latest post, mentioned that he would like to inform everyone that the Sultan actor is not to be blamed for his arrest and that he feels sorry to Khan for misunderstanding him. To note, KRK had initially thought that Salman was behind his arrest and expressed the same in his earlier tweets.

The film critic also announced that he has voluntarily decided to not review Salman's films. Kamaal Rashid Khan tweeted, “I want to inform all media ppl that #SalmanKhan was not behind my arrest as I thought. Peeche Se Koi Aur Khel Kar Gaya. Bhai jaan @BeingSalmanKhan I am really sorry for misunderstanding you. And I apologise if I did hurt you in anyway. I voluntarily decide to not review ur films.” In his next follow-up tweet, KRK also clarified that even filmmaker Karan Johar had nothing to do with his arrest. “Many people still think that Karan johar was behind my arrest. And I say again that Karan johar has nothing to do with my arrest. Thanks,” he added. For the unversed, Kamaal was arrested in two separate cases in August. He was nabbed at Mumbai airport in connection with an old controversial tweet where he allegedly used derogatory remarks against late actors Rishi Kapoor and Irrfan Khan. KRK again got arrested on September 3 for a molestation case filed against him by an actress and model. He was later granted bail in both cases on executing a Personal Bond of Rs 15,000 and under several Court conditions.
