Actress Kriti Sanon has completed shooting for her upcoming film "Panipat". The actress took to her Instagram to share this news. Along with a picture, the actress penned down a beautiful message for Arjun Kapoor and Ashutosh Gowariker.

Directed by Ashutosh Gowariker, the film is based on the Third Battle of Panipat, which is one of the most epic wars in India's history. It features Arjun Kapoor, Sanjay Dutt and Kriti Sanon in lead roles. Kriti will play the character of Parvatibai, who was the second wife of Sadashivrao Bhau. Panipat is a historical period drama film based on the battle of Panipat in January 1761. The principal photography of the film began in 2018.

The film is produced under the banner of Ashutosh Gowariker Productions and Vision World Films and is scheduled to release on December 6.
