For some time
now, speculations are rife that Kriti Sanon walked out of Mohit Suri’s Aashiqui
3 because she landed a plum role in Sajid Khan’s Housefull 4 leaving the former
filmmaker furious. Buzz also suggested that the actress's step has driven a
wedge between them.

However,
SpotboyE.com brings to you the real story.
A source close to
the development told us that the actress DID NOT DITCH Mohit. In fact, she had
not signed on the dotted line.
Mohit Suri
Says a source,
“The makers are perplexed as to why tongues about Kriti walking out on Mohit
began wagging. The two were keen to work together and had a few meetings but
nothing was final on paper. In fact, the discussions did not even veer towards
the remuneration.”
Adds the source,
“Mohit wanted to begin shooting soon and Kriti didn’t have dates. They tried
their level best to sync them but couldn’t and the director wasn’t keen on
changing his schedule. He had the two heroes to cast as well. There is no bad
blood between them.”
Meanwhile, this
morning, Kriti took to Twitter to announce that she has joined the cast of
Hosuefull 4.
She wrote, “"Housefull4 it is!! ️Super excited to start
this crazy ride back home with #SajidSir @WardaNadiadwala and @NGEMovies !! Let
the madness begin @akshaykumar
@Riteishd @thedeol @SimplySajidK #Housefull4onDiwali2019 (sic)."

This will be
Kriti's second film with Sajid Nadiadwala's banner, and the actress couldn't be
happier. Speaking to a leading daily, the actress said, “Joining the cast of
Housefull 4 is like coming back home. My journey started with Sajid sir in
Heropanti. Since then, he has always been there for me and has guided me. I
can’t wait to work with him again and that too, in the super-successful
Housefull franchise!”
Over to Kriti
bowing out of Mohit Suri’s Aashiqui 3, we hope it sets the record straight.
