Salman Khan’s co-star of the movies Kick, Mujhse Shaadi Karoge, actor Arun Verma passed away. The actor was 62 years old and breathed his last on January 20, 2022 in Bhopal. The news of his death was broken on social media by his close friend Dahia. He shared a picture of the now late actor and penned a note in Hindi, informing about Arun Verma’s sad demise. The actor breathed his last at 2 am. His last rites were performed at 4 pm in Bhopal by his family members.
His nephew Amit told Indian Express the cause of his death, he shared the actor was suffering a block in his brain that resulted in organ failure. The portal quoted, “Arun ji passed away at 2.00 am today, he was admitted to Peoples Hospital, Bhopal. He had a block in his brain and slowly all his organs failed, including his lungs, and finally he succumbed to kidney failure.” The actor recently wrapped shooting for Kangana Ranaut’s directorial movie, Tiku Weds Sheru starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Avneet Kaur.
The news of his sudden death shocked his industry colleagues.
He marked his acting debut with Sunny Deol’s Dacait released in 1987, it was semi-hit. He later appeared in movies such as Nayak, Prem Granth, Khalnayak. Along with the now senior actor, he also shared screen space with young actor Tiger Shroff in Heropanti. Arun Verma also acted with late legendary superstar Rishi Kapoor. He was also seen in Salman Khan’s movies.
