The film titled Baar Baar Dekho is expected to roll in London with Sidharth Malhotra and Katrina Kaif in a few days.
Buzz is, the composer was demanding an exorbitant fee, the kind he demanded before Bombay Velvet released. But since the composer's work in the Ranbir Kapoor-Anushka Sharma starrer went almost unnoticed, Excel Entertainment (the film's producer) wanted him to revise his fee.
Amit however refused to negotiate and quit the project.
"Nitya and Excel were even interfering with his work which made Amit more unhappy," says a source.
