Katrina Kaif & Iulia Vantur Face-Off Averted At Neil-Rukmini’s Wedding Reception

While there seems to be no issue between Katrina and Iulia, since the former is filming Tiger Zinda Hai with Salman. However, it would have been interesting to see how the two greeted each other had they crossed each other’s paths

Neil Nitin Mukesh and Rukmini Sahay’s wedding reception at JW Marriot yesterday saw a plethora of celebs such as Amitabh Bachchan, Jaya Bachchan, Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif, Rekha, Bipasha Basu-Karan Singh Grover, Jackie Shroff, Randhir Kapoor, Iulia Vantur and Pooja Hegde among others turning up to wish the newlyweds.

Needless to say, with so many stars coming in one after the other, the venue was bustling with energy.

However, what caught our attention was the sheer ‘timing’ of Salman Khan’s former girlfriend, Katrina Kaif entry and his present flame, Iulia Vantur’s exit.

Iulia arrived at the reception wearing a black lehenga choli and was all smiles as she posed for shutterbugs. She spent around half-an-hour inside before making an exit.

In a matter of minutes after Iulia’s departure, Katrina arrived at the plush hotel looking resplendent in a saree.

Was it just a coincidence that the two ladies didn’t bump into each other or a conscious decision? Well, your guess is as good as ours.

Wondering when Salman entered? He turned up at 1 am and missed meeting both Iulia and Katrina.

On the professional front, Katrina will next be seen in Jagga Jasoos, alongside Ranbir Kapoor and Tiger Zinda Hai, a sequel to Ek Tha Tiger alongside Salman.

Salman recently wrapped up the shoot of Kabir Khan’s Tubelight which also stars Chinese actress Zhu Zhu. The film will release on Eid and tells the tale of an Indian man falling in love with a Chinese girl during the 1962 Ind-Chinese War.

Iulia, on the other hand, grabbed headlines for crooning a song with Himesh Reshammiya in his album Aap Se Mausiiquii.
