Well, the Bharat actor has managed to maintain her perfectly toned body and biscuit abs ever since she became a part of the film industry. Katrina Kaif's social media feed, too, is a mirror to her workout shenanigans, despite not being able to hit the gym amid the Coronavirus lockdown. We just happened to get our hands on a throwback video of Kat acing the no hands pushup with utmost ease but there's so much more to it!
The video begins with Katrina doing normal pushups till around 5 counts; she then proceeds to do that one-handed pushup like a complete pro. The best and the most hilarious part, however, came towards the end of the video. It saw Katrina eventually raising both her hands and placing it on her back with her push-up position maintained. She then starts doing the no hands pushup and damn! The stunner made it look so damn easy as she did with so much ease and swag. However, she was on a plank, the end of which was being operated by her trainer. LOL! That's quite a prank but we trust Katrina to pull it off nonetheless.
In an interview with GQ, Katrina had opened up on her love for working out. She said, "I love training. Without it, I’m not the best that I can be. I try to work out six days a week, for at least 45 minutes. I enjoy taking care of my body."
Spilling the beans on her diet, Katrina had added, "My staple rule, which I follow 95 per cent of the time, is no gluten, no refined sugars, no dairy. Carbs are fine – nothing wrong with them."
