In our exclusive reports, we confirmed of Katrina Kaif to share screen space with Vijay Sethupathi in a flick to be directed by Sriram Raghavan. Now as per reports in Pinkvilla, this venture will be a 90 minute film without an interval. The source informs this film is said to have been inspired by international film format, and makers will begin the filming from April 2021. The source added, the script is crafted in such a manner that justifies the no interval format.
The source said, “It’s yet another film from Sriram that would keep the viewers on the edge of their seat, and this time around, he is planning it as a straight 90-minute film. In-fact, the story is written in a way that it does not even warrant an interval. It’s going to follow a fast-paced pattern of storytelling, that Sriram is synonymous with, and there won’t be any breaks in between.” The film will be shot in a start to finish schedule in Pune and Mumbai, in less than a month’s time.
This film marks the first collaboration of the actors and director.
The source adds the makers having a well planned schedule in place, keeping in mind Sriram’s way of shooting the film. “It’s going to be a well-planned schedule with maximum edit work done in the script itself. While many filmmakers prefer to have prolonged schedule with excessive stock footage, with Sriram, what he shoots is what will translate on the screen. He is being sure on the stuff he wants to film with the leading pair, more so in the covid times, to avoid being outdoors for a longer period,” informed the source.
