Actor Kartik Aaryan is currently entertaining and educating his followers with YouTube series, Koki Poochega. Being a balanced dose of entertainment and information, the actor's recent interaction with Luke Coutinho, a celebrity nutritionist, got him to confess something funny. Quite funny though, but we too are sometimes or other bowled over by certain terms when it came to healthy eating. In his confession, he revealed being totally desi when it comes to his diet and unaware of the jargons such as gluten-free and so on.
During this video interaction, he shares going out to a supermarket once to fetch his necessities, when he came across term gluten-free and went on to ask the attendant about his free sample of gluten assuming it to be a freebie. He also asked the nutritionist means and ways of healthy eating for desi souls like him who are unaware of avocados, quinoa and glutenfree. Replying to this query of the actor, the nutritionist says fit people are happy people who have disciplined eating habits and cheat once in a while.
When asked about an Indian kitchen hack to stay healthy by, Luke begins with the mention of Garam masala, sambhar and rasam from South India and curries from North India comprise of basic ingredients. Followed by asking us to inculcate the habit of drinking warm water with lime, ghee and coconut water, terming them as a superfood.
