Not too long ago, Kartik Aaryan, who is riding high on the success of Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, After walking the ramp with Kareena for Manish Malhotra recently, he had expressed his desire to work with her on a full-fledged film. Guess he won't have to wait long.

If all goes well, Kareena and Kartik will share screen space in a 2-hero 2-heroine film, to be directed by newbie Raj Mehta who has worked with KJo and Shashank Khaitan on a couple of Dharma ventures. The movie which will be produced by Dharma will go on floors soon after the balance cast is decided.

A source says, "Kartik and Kareena will not be opposite each other. Kareena will be paired opposite a big, senior hero. On the other hand, Dharma is about to zero down on a younger heroine who will romance Kartik."

sign on the dotted line but has consent in principle.
Sources say hat
the younger heroine could be either Janhvi Kapoor (who is also doing KJo's
Dhadak currently as her debut) or Kriti Sanon. A final decision in this regard
is yet to be taken.

Mushkil director had made it clear in India's Next Superstars, when Kartik came
on the show to promote his upcoming film, Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, that he would
be keen to have him in his movies. After all, promises are meant to be kept.
