Bollywood’s IT couple, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, took the internet by storm last week after they graced Karan Johar’s celebrity chat show Koffee With Karan season 8. The couple spoke about a lot of topics centering on their first meeting, the initial phase of their relationship where they were in an open relationship before getting engaged, their wedding and how the actor created a safe space for her to help with her mental health struggle. However, a section of the internet was unhappy with these confessions as they trolled the stars.
Now, the Bollywood filmmaker has apparently addressed the trolling in a recent Instagram live. As reported by Bollywood Life, in a live chat session with his fans, Karan spoke about trolling and encouraged his viewers to do what they needed to as no one was looking. He went on to explain how social media trolling leads to nowhere. He went on to add, “Trolling gets you nowhere. You are landing nowhere.” Apparently, he also shared that he has taken note of the constructive criticism and changes for the same are being made.
