Manikarnika actress Kangana Ranaut and Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut had a war of words of sorts just recently. The actress expressed that she felt unsafe to come back to the city after actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death and also refused security by Mumbai Police. Amidst Kangana Ranaut’s ongoing tussle with the Maharashtra Government, it was recently that the BMC demolished parts of her Mumbai office for ‘structural violation’. Now, the Manikarnika actress reacts to Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut’s latest statement and expresses her view on the same.
On Twitter, Kangana Ranaut re-tweeted a tweet made by the Times of India and shared their recent news piece. The actress went on to react and reply to the published article. According to a report, in his weekly column Rokhthok in Sena mouthpiece 'Saamana', Sanjay Raut said that it is unfortunate that BJP is backing Kangana Ranaut. Sanjay Raut mentioned that it is unfortunate as Kangana Ranaut compared Mumbai to Pak-occupied Kashmir (POK).
Reacting and replying to the tweet, the Manikarnika actress tweeted and said ‘Wow’. Kangana then went on to talk in her defence and mentioned about how she has received protection because she busted the drug and mafia racket. She then asked whether she should not be protected and let goons break her face, rape or openly lynch her. Kangana then asked Sanjay Raut why a young woman standing against the mafia shouldn’t get protection.
