In early September, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation carried out a demolition process and bulldozed the alleged illegal parts of Kangana Ranaut’s bungalow/office located at Pali Hill, Bandra . Soon after Bombay HC had ordered stay on the demolition process, Manikarnika actress had filed a petition against BMC seeking Rs 2 crore in damages. The move had come in after the Queen actress said she doesn’t feel safe in Mumbai and compared the city to PoK. Well, in the latest development, Bombay High Court has reserved the order in Ranaut’s case against BMC.
According to the latest report, after both the parties filed their written submission, the hearing was concluded following which HC reserved the order. ANI confirmed the same in its latest Tweet that read, “Kangana Ranaut property demolition matter: Bombay High Court reserves the order in the matter. Court was informed that all concerned parties have filed their written submissions. Following this, it concluded the hearing and reserved the order.”
Earlier, Ranaut in her tweet had mentioned that civic bodies threatened her neighbours and asked them to isolate her. She also states that BMC even warned her neighbours that if they supported the actress their houses will be demolished too.
