Actor Sanya Malhotra is busy basking in appreciation from the movie buffs and critics for giving a career-changing performance in Pagglait which is currently streaming on Netflix. However, Malhotra has got the warmest appreciation note from actor Kangana Ranaut who was seen praising her for her performance in the recently released film, Pagglait. She took to her Twitter handle to share a tweet mentioning how good she was in the film while also telling how glad she is that Sanya’s talent is being finally recognised now.

The National Award winner also said Sanya deserves everything as she tweeted, “She is soooo good .... I am glad people are recognising her talent, I heard #PagglaitOnNetflix is doing amazingly well... so happy for you Sanya you deserve everything and much more ... lots of love to you” Talking about the film, Pagglait revolves around the recently widowed Sandhya Giri (played by Sanya Malhotra), who fights with the inability to mourn over her husband’s death, even when people around her are bawling, following weird superstitions and engaging in bizarre behaviour to express grief.

Meanwhile, SpotboyE.com gave 3.5 stars to the film. An excerpt from the review read, “Pagglait is a striking provocative often poignant and amusing meditation about what is expected from the bereaved and what the bereaved actually feel. We had a very likeable film on this theme Ram Prasad Ki Tehrvi a few months ago. Pagglait may outwardly look similar. But the core of the films, its heart and its spirit are fiercely individualistic. This is a film on its trip, wilful and wonderful and teeming with characters made memorable by some of our best actors.”
