Kangana Ranaut is considered to be one of the finest actresses in Bollywood, and she leaves no stone unturned to ensure she delivers each and every role of hers to perfection. The actress was last seen in the film Panga, and she was appreciated for her role in the film. Kangana had been shooting for her upcoming film Thalaivi, a biopic on the late chief minister of Tamil Nadu, J Jayalalithaa, for which she had gained 20 kgs. However, now that the film is close to completion, Kangana has begun working out to lose those extra kgs.
Kangana Ranaut is always inspiring her fans and gives major fitness goals as she shares pictures of her beginning her day with yoga. In the picture shared today, she can be seen pulling off a difficult yoga pose with a lot of ease. She can be seen in her workout gear, and in her caption, she mentioned how she has been working on losing extra weight. She wrote that she is on her way to get back to her earlier size, flexibility, and metabolism, and for that, she wakes up early, and goes for a jog.
She wrote, “'I had gained 20kgs for Thalaivi, now that we are very close to completing it, need to go back to my earlier size, agility, metabolism and flexibility. Waking up early and going for a jog/walk .... who all are with me ?
Last year, in an interview with Mid-Day, Kangana revealed that she had to take mild doses of hormone pills to gain weight. “That was needed so as to look voluptuous, especially around the belly and thighs. Since I am tall and skinny, and my face is angular, not round, I had to take mild doses of hormone pills to look different. Of course, I also started eating foods that promote weight gain," she said.
