Kanchi Singh Steps Into Karisma Kapoor’s Shoes

Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai actress Kanchi Singh is on cloud nine. The actress, who has established herself as a bankable star on television, is now become the brand ambassador of a popular hair oil brand. With this step, she is all set to make her debut in the advertisement world. Previously, the brand was promoted by Karisma Kapoor, who recently is supposed to have broken up with her flame, Sandeep Toshniwal. It is not yet known whether the contract has officially ended or it is an out-of-turn replacement. Kanchi has already shot for the advertisement and we get some exclusive pictures of you.

Sharing her excitement, Kanchi told SpotboyE.com, "It is my first commercial ad. I got to know that before me Karisma was endorsing the brand. But now, I am glad that I got this opportunity and it feels great. Lot of my fans used to message me saying that ‘your hair is so beautiful’ and I feel fortunate that my first TV commercial is a hair oil and shampoo brand. Being the face of the brand is big. After all it’s one if the leading hair oil brands in India and extremely popular in the North.”

Recently the actress made headlines when she rubbished the rumours of her comeback to Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. Addressing the buzz, she exclusively told SpotboyE.com, “No, I am not re-entering the show. Not even thought of being a part of it, again! I got to know 2 -3 days back that the makers are getting back Gayu when fans started messaging me on my social media. But I just want to say that the Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai chapter is over for me and I have moved on." A few hours ago, we also broke the news that Deblina Chattarjee will portray Gayu’s character (which was earlier essayed by Kanchi Singh) now.
