The party was high on star power and included celebs like Vidya Balan who came in hand-in-hand with husband Siddharth Roy Kapur, Shahid Kapoor accompanied by wife Mira Rajput, Alia Bhatt, Ayan Mukerji, Karan Johar, Kriti Sanon, Dia Mirza, Lara Dutta, Harshvardhan Kapoor and Imran Khan, besides the cast. The do also had veteran actresses Waheeda Rehman and Asha Parekh in attendance.
While the guests had a great time mingling with each other and raising a toast to the highest grossing film in Bollywood history, a cute nok-jhok between Shahid and Harshvardhan couldn’t escape our watchful eyes.
The incident goes thus. Shahid and Mira were busy interacting with the media on the red carpet when Harshvardhan passed by. The two actors hugged and were all smiles after which Shahid asked Harsh if he was making an exit. As the debutant replied in affirmative, Shahid said, “All these young boys are leaving before this very responsible married couple is entering. Ulta ho raha hai.”

In a matter of seconds, Harshvardhan responded by saying, “Making room for the seniors.”
Hearing this Shahid retaliated and said, “Joota Maroon Utaar Ke...senior hoon main?”
Harshvardhan gave a mischievous smile and left the venue. It was heartening to see the camaraderie between the two actors.
After all, it’s such banter that keeps the spice alive.
