India is experiencing a spike in COVID-19 cases yet again, after a series of Bollywood and TV actors tested positive for the Novel Coronavirus, John Abraham and his wife Priya Runchal too have tested positive for it. The Satyamev Jayate actor taking to his INSTA Stories confirmed the news. In his INSTA Stories, he shared testing positive despite being fully vaccinated. He also mentioned being isolated at home as per medical-safety protocol. The two have mild symptoms; with the actor confirming not meeting anyone for safety reasons.
He revealed that he came in touch with someone who had COVID-19 but learnt about it much later. On the end note, he urged people to stay safe and healthy and compulsorily wear masks. His note on INSTA Stories read, “I CAME IN CONTACT 3 DAYS AGO WITH SOMEONE WHO I LATER LEARNED HAVE COVID.PRIYA & I HAVE TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID. WE HAVE BEEN QUARANTINED AT HOME SO HAVEN'T BEEN IN CONTACT WITH ANYONE ELSE. WE ARE BOTH VACCINATED & EXPERIENCING MILD SYMPTOMS. PLEASE STAY WELL AND HEALTHY. MASKS UP.”
