Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor established herself as a credible actress ever since she made her debut with Dhadhak alongside Ishaan Khattar. For the first time, the versatile actress is all set to attempt stand-up comedy in front of a live audience for the first time. As she awaits the release of her upcoming films, she is gearing up to leave the audience spell-bound with her attempt at stand-up.
Taking to the official Instagram handle of I Pledge To Prevent, they shared a glimpse of Janhvi sitting in front of the mic. Dressed casually with minimal make-up and styled hair, she completed her look with small hoop earrings. As she cracks a few jokes, the actress wittily tells the audience to be kind as she attempts stand-up comedy since many weren’t when she made her much-awaited debut. For the unversed, the 26-year-old actress is the elder daughter of the late legendary actress Sridevi and producer Boney Kapoor. She also has a younger sister Khushi Kapoor, who made her Bollywood debut with Zoya Akhtar’s The Archies. On the work front, Janhvi Kapoor was last seen in Bawaal alongside Varun Dhawan. She has Mr. & Mrs. Mahi co-starring Rajkummar Rao in her pipeline. Apart from that she is currently busy shooting for her Telugu debut in Devara alongside Jr NTR and Saif Ali Khan. She will also star in Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari alongside Varun. The movie is slated for release on 18th April 2025.
