Now comes the twist in the tale.

We hear, Khan has told Nadiadwala that he wouldn't prefer Jacqueline Fernandez in the film. Jacqueline had a cameo in the first part and a full-length role in the second and third.
You guessed it right. Khan doesn't want the past to haunt him when he returns to direction after two duds outside the Nadiadwala banner- Himmatwalla and Humshakals. In a recent interview to a section of the media, Sajid had said that a man is more focussed and works better when he has no woman in his life.

Nadiadwala and Khan had a big fallout in 2012 and Khan did not direct Housefull 3; Nadiadwala then decided to put the duo Sajid-Farhad in the director's chair. One of the main reasons of their spat was that Khan had declared that his two parts of Housefull revived Akshay Kumar's career twice, which didn't go down well with Akshay's buddy Nadiadwala. Khan was in a relationship with Jacqueline around that time; they split in May 2013.

Anyway, the stage has been set for Housefull 4. The condition laid, is however, not in no uncertain terms. A source says, "Khan has not said 'my way or the highway', and he is back to being good friends with Nadiadwala. So, Nadiadwala also understands his perspective."
Khan regrets fighting with Nadiadwala, but is happy that they have patched up now. “One regret in life is that I shouldn’t have fought with my best friend Sajid Nadiadwala. I think he also regrets it. Nadiadwala and me are like soul brothers," he had said in an interview.
So all said and done, if Khan helms the next part, Jacqueline may go out.
Let's see if Nadiadwala indeed chooses Khan over Jacqueline.
