Delhi court grants Jacqueline Fernandez permission to travel overseas for IIFA awards in Abu Dhabi and for a film shoot in Milan!

According to the latest media reports, Jacqueline Fernandez has got permission to travel overseas for the upcoming IIFA Awards and for a film shooting. On Tuesday, a Delhi court granted the actress permission to travel abroad from May 25 to June 12. It is being said that a Special judge Shailendra Malik allowed the application moved by Jacqueline claiming she needed to attend IIFA which is to be held in Abu Dhabi from May 25 to May 27. 

The judge also allowed the actress to travel to Milan, Italy from May 28 to June 12 to shoot her film. For the unversed, the Kick actress has been in the headlines for the wrong reasons ever since her name popped in a money laundering case involving conman Sukesh Chandrasekar. Jacqueline has been accused of receiving expensive gifts including designer bags from Gucci, Chanel, trips on Private Jets, and Helicopters' from the conman. Speaking about the same, Fernandez told ED, “He sent me a private jet to take me from Mumbai to Chennai. He did not meet me at the airport but had sent an assistant. I reached the Hyatt hotel and Shekhar arrived an hour after that. We had lunch together in the dining room and chatted in the living room area of the suite. The next day, he came back to the hotel and ordered some breakfast. After breakfast, he dropped me at the airport. And I returned back to Mumbai in a private jet.”

Last year, the actress got bail. Sukesh Chandrasekhar, who is currently in jail, has been accused of cheating and extorting money from Aditi Singh, the wife of a former promoter of Religare Enterprises Shivinder Mohan Singh.
