It Is Rubbish That I Am Not Happy About Karan Johar Launching Sara, Says Saif

When ethics in journalism go for a toss, stories like--- Saif does not want Sara to debut in a Karan Johar film, Saif and Kareena differ with respect to Sara's debut. Saif does not want Sara to be another Alia--- emerge.

Any sensible person would rubbish such stories. It projects that Sara is not in touch with her father and Kareena is deciding her career. Does that make any sense? Saif is in regular touch with Sara, and in fact just last night, she was a part of the Kapoor dinner party at Shashi Kapoor's Juhu house- where Saif and Kareena both were present.

Sara Ali Khan is the next big thing and why wouldn't the Nawab of Pataudi want her to flag off her career with the top and trusted filmmaker Karan Johar, who has been chiefly instrumental in streamlining Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra's careers to success and glory?

SpotboyE.com has it that Saif is not worried at all that Sara will make her debut in a Dharma Productions film. In fact, he is very happy and relaxed about it.

Talking EXCLUSIVELY to SpotboyE.com about this (stupid) controversy which has broken out, Saif said rather categorically, "I am reading a lot of rubbish since the past 2 days.

I have myself spoken with Karan and I am happy that she is debuting in his film. He is brilliant with newcomers and I like him.

He will groom her. He will give her the right clothes, the right look and the right role. So why wouldn't I be happy?

Aajkal, we are living in the post-truth world. People are writing just rubbish.

I also want to say here that Alia is a fantastic actress. I have met her. I like her. I have seen her work. She is one of the best that our country has at the moment. Sara will be lucky to be compared to Alia.

Saif's next is Vishal Bhardwaj's Rangoon, it hits theatres next Friday. The film also stars Shahid Kapoor and Kangana Ranaut.
