It has been over six years since Amitabh Bachchan hosted Bigg Boss. He had anchored Season 3 of the popular reality show.
Call it a coincidence, the show's ninth season is being launched on October 11, his birthday. Naturally, the makers of Bigg Boss and its current host Salman Khan are keen to have Big B as part of the launch.
Salman, it seems, is even sending a personal invite to the senior actor to request him to be a part of the show. The makers want that Amitabh spend a few moments on the set of Bigg Boss on his birthday.
This will certainly give the show a TRP boost in its first episode itself.
