On the occasion of Valentine’s Day, Bollywood celebs posted loved-up photos and videos with their partner wishing them on the love day. While B-town enjoyed V-day with their loved ones, late actor Irrfan Khan’s son Babil penned a note for all those couples who want to do a little extra special for their loved one on V-Day. Babil took to his Instagram account and shared a cute picture of his parents' duo- Irrfan Khan with Sutapa Sikdar.
Babil wrote alongside the photo, “I wish I could explain how much this concept of ‘valentines day’ was blatantly disregarded in our family because it does try to say that “abhi bhai saal mein ek din to kuch special kardo apni “Mumtaz” ke liye. Brother, I hope you are dedicating every waking second in an exploration of your loved one and not waiting for ‘Valentines day’."
On Irrfan Khan’s birth anniversary, Babil had shared a fun video of his family and wrote alongside, “You never identified with institutions such as contractual marriage and birthday celebrations. Perhaps, that is why I don’t remember anyone’s birthdays because you never remembered mine and never encouraged me to remember yours. It was just normal to us what seemed absurd from the outside, we celebrated every day (bringing personal experiential authenticity to the cliche).”
“On the occasion, Mamma would have to remind us both; but this time I could not forget yours if I tried. It’s your birthday, Baba. Shoutout to all the technologically inept parents, notice that they did not finish saying that they miss me,” had read the caption further.
