After battling with the neuroendocrine tumour, Irrfan Khan breathed his last on April 29. One of the prolific actors of Bollywood who was reportedly hospitalised a day before his death in the ICU in a Mumbai hospital has passed away, leaving everyone grieving. Apart from his fans, Bollywood celebs like Amitabh Bachchan, Ajay Devgn, Taapsee Pannu, Akshay Kumar, Kiara Advani, Parineeti Chopra, Kriti Sanon and many more took to their social media handle to offer condolences to Irrfan’s family.

Even though the legendary actor is no more between us, Irrfan’s wife  Sutapa Sikdar, his sons Babil Khan and Ayaan Khan have decided to keep his Twitter account alive. They recently shared a heart-wrenching letter on his feed that will definitely make you teary-eyed. Captioning it as ‘From Sutapa, Babil and Ayaan...’, the letter is a heartfelt testimonial for the late actor. The eulogy starts with, “How can I write this as a family statement when the whole world is taking it as a personal loss? How can I begin to feel alone when millions are grieving with us at the moment? I want to assure everyone that this is not a loss, it is a gain. It’s a gain of the things he taught us, and now we shall finally begin to truly implement it and evolve. Yet I want to try to fill in the things that people don’t already know."

In the long letter, Sutapa also asked her sons to sum up a lesson taught by their father that has been important to them, to which Babil Khan wrote: “Learn to surrender to the dance of uncertainty and trust your faith in the universe" while Ayaan Khan wrote: "Learn to control your mind and to not let it control you."

A day after his death, Irrfan’s elder son Babil also shared a note on the Instagram story where he thanked all for the support and condolence messages. He mentioned that since he is not able to reply as he is so shaken, he assures that he will get back to everyone soon. ALSO READ:  Irrfan Khan Demise: Late Actor’s Wife Sutapa Sikdar Updates Her Facebook Profile Pic, Pens A Heartbreaking Caption
