Irrfan Khan left for heavenly abode after battling cancer. The actor, who bathed last breath at the age of 53, was last seen in Homi Adajania’s Angrezi Medium opposite Kareena Kapoor Khan, Radhika Madan, Ranvir Shorey, Dimple Kapadia and Kiku Sharda. While the film was released a day before the lockdown was imposed, the makers released his last film on OTT platform Disney+Hotstar this month. As Angrezi Medium was actor’s comeback film post his cancer treatment in London, he had sent a long message to his fans ahead of the film’s trailer launch.
Announcing his comeback and the trailer launch of Angrezi Medium, the actor has voiced his last message to his fans. In his long monologue he had said, “Hello Bhaiyo behano! Namaskar main Irrfan. Main aapke saath hoon bhi aur nahi bhi. Khair! Yeh film Angrezi Medium mere liye bohut khaas hai. Yakeen maniye, mere dilli khwaish thi ki is film ko uthne hi pyaar se promote karun, jitney pyaar se hum logon ne banaya hai. Lekin meri shareer mein kuch unwanted mehmaan baithe hue hain, unse vaartalap chalraha hai. Dekhte hai kis karvat oont baithta hai. Jaisa bhi hoga aapko itelah kar di jaayegi.”
He had then said, “Kahawat hai, ‘When life give you lemon you make lemonade.’ Bolne me aacha lagta hai par sach me jab zindagi aapke haath me nimbu thama deti hai naa toh shikanji banana bohut mushkil ho jata hai. Lekin aapke pass aur choice bhi kya hai positive rehne ke alawa. In haalaton mein nimbu ki shikhanji bana paate hain yaa nahi bana paate hain yeh aap par hai. Hum sabne iss film ko ussi positivity ki saath banaya hai aur mujhe umeed hai ki yeh film aapko sikhayegi, haasayegi, rulayegi, fir hasayegi shayad. Enjoy the trailer.
