The much-awaited IIFA Awards 2019 that took place yesterday was a star-studded event and was attended by the A-listers of Bollywood. The Bollywood celebrities put their most fashionable foot forward as they graced the green carpet at the 20th edition of IIFA Awards. While fans were eagerly waiting to find out who won big at the awards, there was also much curiosity about which celebrity wore what to the gala. Alia Bhatt, Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan and other celebs looked absolutely breathtaking and made heads turn. However,  Salman Khan's reaction to  Deepika's long-trailed gown is hilarious!

 Deepika Padukone graced the green carpet in a rather dramatic outfit and looked ravishing in it! She donned a purple feathered gown with golden embroidery on it. What added a touch of drama to her outfit was a huge trail of matching color that she wore with the gown and occupied a lot of space wherever she went. Her outfit demanded attention and she looked nothing short of perfection. Deepika's outfit also grabbed the attention of Salman Khan and while she addressed the media, he passed by from behind her and looked amused with the sheer space her gown took. Meanwhile, on the work front, Deepika Padukone will next be seen in her upcoming film Chhapaak and will play the role of acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal. She is also all set to reunite with her husband Ranveer Singh on screen in Kabir Khan's '83, where Deepika will play the role of Kapil Dev's wife Romi.
