Finally deets about Hrithik Roshan’s next are out. In the recent past, Pinkvilla had reported of the actor preparing for his next, by sticking to a strict diet with an aim to lose 3000 calories a day, but did not have more deets about the project. Now as per their latest update, the actor has signed his next. The handsome hunk has come on board for the Bollywood remake of Vikram Vedha. Moreover, he has been preparing for it for the last two months to get under the skin of the character.
The publication’s source informs that the actor is working on Hindi adaptation to be helmed by director duo of Pushkar and Gayathri who helmed the Tamil film. The source says, “Hrithik’s next is the Hindi adaptation of Vikram Vedha, to be helmed by the original director duo of Pushkar and Gayathri. He plays the character of the dreaded gangster, Vedha in the untitled Hindi thriller, and has already started the prep to bring his own flavour to the character.”
The actor is working on his body language, diction and looks, as he will be seen playing a gangster onscreen in this yet to be titled thriller. “Right from the work on body language to the diction and look, he has been in the space of this gangster over the last two months, building his on-screen persona. Hrithik is all charged up and excited for the film. It his silver jubilee project, HR25,” added the source. This Hindi remake of Vikram Vedha will mark WAR actor’s silver jubilee project in the cinematic world.
The source adds, “The title of Hindi adaptation however is yet to be locked. On the personal front, Hrithik is clearing his calendar and attending to brand and industry commitments. The actor has been swamped with a slew of meetings to knock off, before he goes on sets of Vikram Vedha.”
Also in talks is sequel for WAR and another project with Madhu Mantena, Ramayana.
