Actors Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone are currently busy enjoying the success of their first collaboration Fighter. Ever since its release last month, the movie was widely loved by the netizens who lauded their on-screen chemistry. Having played the roles of Indian Air Force pilots, the movie has now received a legal notice from an IAF officer for the lip-lock they share during the climax of the movie.

As reported by the IndiaTV News, Wing Commander Saumya Deep Das, an IAF Officer, sent the Fighter team a legal notice for defaming and insulting IAF officers by showing two officers kissing while wearing the uniform. In the notice, he stated that the uniform is a powerful symbol of unwavering commitment to duty, national security, and selfless service. The notice adds that the movie misinterprets the uniform’s dignity and also devalues the sacrifices that are made by the officers. Talking about the film, Fighter follows the journey of Patty, essayed by Hrithik Roshan, who fulfills his lifelong dream of becoming a member of the Indian Air Force.
