Hrithik Roshan was seen spending his some quality time with his kids at home, during the lockdown. The actor constantly shared pictures from his home, with his kids and managed to keep fans entertained. While Hrithik continues to stay with his family in Mumbai’s Juhu, according to latest reports, the WAR actor bought two apartments in Mumbai for a hefty price. According to a report in Mumbai Mirror, Hrithik Roshan has bought two apartments in Mumbai, spread over 38, 000 sq.ft. The report stated that the apartments are on the 14th, 15th, and 16th floor of the multi-facility building. As per the report, the building on the Juhu-Versova link road offers an interrupted sea-facing view of the Arabian sea.  Speaking of the apartments purchased by the actor under Rs 100 crore, it is spread over three floors, wherein one of the two apartments is a penthouse, while Hrithik is likely to integrate the other.

Both the apartments in the Juhu-Versova link road-building span across 38,000 sq ft, which is forty-six 800 sq ft flats, said the report. Reportedly, the apartments come with a 6,500 sq ft open-to-the-sky terrace and an exclusive lift, all for only the actor and his family. As per the report, Hrithik will also have access to a massive parking slot in the building, which is of ten slots. Surprisingly, the apartments are called Mannat. The report stated that the deal was closed by Roshan on Thursday, for Rs 97.50 crore to be precise.

Meanwhile, the report stated that Hrithik Roshan paid Rs 67.50 crore for the duplex, while he splashed Rs 30 crore for the other one, and paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.95 crore for the registration. According to the report, the Super 30 actor had finalised the purchase almost a month ago.
