Here’s How Deepika Padukone REACTED To Abhishek Bachchan Saying ‘Everyone Loves Deepika’ In 'Dasvi' Trailer

The trailer of Abhishek Bachchan’s upcoming film ‘Dasvi' was released yesterday and it left everyone mighty impressed with the actor’s brilliant performance. The trailer showed how Junior Bachchan, a desi corrupt politician is behind the bars for a scam, and during his stay in the jail, he uses education as his weapon. Notably, what caught everyone’s attention was that in one of the scenes, Abhishek said, “Everyone loves Deepika.” Now, the actress has reacted to this sweet-shout out on social media.

Taking to her Instagram stories, the Piku star shared a trailer of the film and wrote, “Thank you team #Dasvi for the LOVE! Wishing you guys the best!” Ahead of its trailer release, Abhishek had penned a heartfelt emotional note where he confessed being shy and borderline apologetic about his work. However, the actor said he wants to feel unapologetic about Dasvi-a movie which is very close to his heart. Directed by Tushar Jalota, Dasvi also stars Yami Gautam and Nimrat Kaur in pivotal roles. The movie will narrate a story about corrupt politician Ganga Ram Choudhary, who is 8th pass and takes the challenge from a rough and tough IPS officer played by Yami Gautam to clear his ‘dasvi’ which is his only dream. The 2-minute-37-second trailer gave a glimpse of the film’s story which revolves around Chief Minister Ganga Ram who has been sent to jail. In his absence, his wife, played by Nimrat Kaur, takes over as the CM of the state.

It will premiere on Netflix and JioCinema on 7 April 2022.
