A few hours ago, we told you how Salman Khan did not make any efforts to meet Sanjay Dutt at Kishor Bajaj’s daughter’s wedding reception (Salman misses another chance to meet Sanjay, Mar 5).
Following this, there were murmurs of all not being well between the two actors.
The whisper that has been gaining momentum in the last few hours is that Ranbir Kapoor is being blamed for this.
We hear, Salman is not too happy that his good friend Sanju is okay with the fact that Ranbir has been cast in the Dutt biopic.
The Bajrangi Bhaijaan actor has never been fond of RK Jr. given their history – Katrina Kaif fell in love with Ranbir soon after she and Sallu had called it quits. Perhaps he dislikes him even more now, courtesy Ranbir walking out on Katrina.
Wasn't RK finalised for the Dutt biopic long ago? "There's a difference between 'finalised' and 'getting ready to shoot', and the biopic's script got completed only recently. They might sort this out sooner or later, but at the moment Salman is definitely not pleased with RK playing Dutt in the Dutt biopic" says a source.
There had even been talks of the Kick star throwing a bash specially for Sanjay at his Panvel farmhouse to celebrate his freedom (Big bash awaits Sanjay Dutt on Thursday, Feb 23).
A few days back, when I had the opportunity to ask Sanju outside his residence Imperial Heights about this so-called party, he categorically said, “Mujhe toh kisi ne Panvel farmhouse mein invite hi nahi kiya.”
