We had told you in two separate stories that, one
- Janhvi Kapoor and Sara Ali Khan had been zeroed down upon to play the
female lead in Karan Johar and Rohit Shetty’s Simmba --- and two,Katrina
Kaif too had jumped into the fray.

We now hear, if all goes well, Sridevi and Boney Kapoor’s
daughter Janhvi will star opposite Ranveer ‘Simmba’ Singh.

Janhvi has loved the role and Karan-Rohit are also keen
on having her on-board. The modalities are fast being worked out.
An official announcement in this regard may soon be in
the offing, considering that Karan and Rohit have already announced the release
date of Simmba – December
28, 2018.
Sara Ali Khan
If Janhvi bags Simmba, she will have two films by end of
next year --- unlike Sara whose Kedarnath is unlikely to release before
Simmba.
Katrina Kaif
Janhvi has started facing the camera for
Dhadak, which is also a 2018 release. We bet she will be overjoyed to bag
the biggie Simmba too.
