Though the charm of Holi is a bit low due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the spirit is high among the citizens, making sure to celebrate this festival of colours with joy and with utmost precautions. While B-towners are seen reminiscing their old memories of holi, few of them celebrated it within their homes. Filmmaker Karan Johar celebrated holi with his twins Yash and Roohi Johar and mother Hiroo Johar. KJo shared pictures of his family’s holi celebration on Instagram, with a motivating caption.
Mentioning it to be an organic holi, he shared hope this festival of colours changes these dark times possibly hinting at the pandemic. KJo penned in his Instagram caption, “Organic Safe and still celebratory !!! Happy Holi to everyone !!! Let the colours of the festival change the grey and dark times forever ...” Karan was seen twinning with his kids in white traditional numbers, while he was sporting black sunnies.
