Almost a week before Janhvi Kapoor starrer Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl’s premiere on OTT platform Netflix, the actress has been busy building excitement around the film. So far the actress was heard gushing about the real-life flight Lieutenant Gunjan Saxena of the Indian Air Force and now she has dropped a behind the scenes video on her Instagram account. Giving a glimpse of her interaction with the brave Indian Air Force pilot who helped rescue people during the Kargil War and turned out to be a war hero.
In the video, the real Gunjan Saxena is seen on the sets interacting with the Dhadak actress. Recalling one such moment from the shoot, Janhvi in the BTS video is heard sharing how Gunjan Saxena was amazed by the amount of hard work Janhvi puts in for her acting, followed by asking the actress 'doesn’t she get tired.' There are also glimpses of the actress visiting Gunjan’s residence, and having a hearty conversation filled with joy and laughter. Actor Pankaj Tripathi who plays her on-screen father too was left surprised with the actress’ efforts.
In the BTS video, Janhvi is seen undergoing tremendous amounts of physical training to look perfect for this role.
