A green signal by the bench of Chief Justice G Rohini and Justice Jayant Nath given in this regard says that the film shall be exhibited "in strict compliance with requirement of the endorsement of a caution in terms of provisions of the Cinematograph Act 1952."
The August 21, 2015 ban order had been enforced following a PIL filed by a certain Edara Gopi Chand, through advocate Gaurav Bansal.
